Due to current high attendance rates i would ask all new beginners to contact us before attending either the boxing or kickboxing classes. This is to avoid any disappointment whilst trying to attend an over subscribed session. This does not include the the female only kickboxing or junior kickboxing which will continue to operate its open door policy for the time being.

 

 

 

 

 

 

A warm welcome to all the new faces in both new womens & junior kickboxing classes. Both classes are expected to steadily grow as the participants progress further and gain in confidence. Please the junior class is not the baby sitting service type class where they just play games, they actually learn the skills and are expected to gain discipline. The female class is fun but hard work toning the body increasing the fitness levels and developing new skills.
